History

Serving Central Iowa Since 1955

In 1955, brothers Bob and Maurice Bell opened Bell Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. in Des Moines, Iowa. Operating the company on family values and high standards, the company grew substantially through the years — with several building expansions and business acquisitions designed to provide the highest level of service to our loyal customers.

Today, Bell Brothers continues that legacy of family values and high standards. Owner Jason Gassmann, who joined the company in 2002, is dedicated to continuing Bob Bell’s values. Throughout our history, taking care of employees so they can take care of customers has remained our top priority.
