For less than half the normal in-home service fee, you can video chat (via Zoom, FaceTime or Facebook Messenger) with one of our expert techs who can see and hear what’s going on with your system. If the problem is not something simple that the tech can talk you through fixing, your virtual tech will help you get an in-home service call set up.
