As a graduate of the Bell Brothers apprenticeship program, you’ll be licensed by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and certified by OSHA and North American Technician Excellence (NATE) so you're ready to work as an HVAC professional anywhere.
Our competitive compensation plan rewards you as your experience grows; see the chart below for pay-scale increases throughout your four-year HVAC apprenticeship. As a full-time Bell Brothers employee, you’ll also receive six paid holidays a year, start with eight days of paid time off, and be eligible for our health and dental insurance plans.

Our four-year program balances on-the-job training with classroom instruction. As an HVAC trainee, you’ll be a paid Bell Brothers employee working a 40-hour week. From September through April, you’ll also attend one four-hour class, one night a week.
